The Book 'Cub' Story & Craft Hour 🐻 "How to Catch a Reindeer"

Join us for a giggly, glittery holiday adventure at The Book Club with our next Book Cub 🐻 event, a Christmas storytime and craft session perfect for little readers.

We’ll be reading How to Catch a Reindeer by Alice Walstead and Andy Elkerton, a playful, fast paced tale where kids set clever traps to try to catch the fastest reindeer of them all. It’s funny, festive, and full of bright, bouncy illustrations that will keep your kiddos hooked from start to finish.

After the story, kids will create their very own Christmas Tree Craft, decorating a sweet little paper tree with ornaments, stars, sparkles, and festive details. It’s a cheerful keepsake they can take home and display for the holiday season.

This event is designed for kids ages 4 to 8 and includes a homemade baked treat from our Book Club bakery, plus either hot chocolate or chocolate milk, along with the story hour and craft activity.

🎟️ Tickets: $10 per child (includes storytime, craft, snack, and drink)
👩👧 Adults: Each child may bring one or two grown-ups with them. At least one adult must stay for the entire event! Please do not leave your children unattended.
