Valor's preferred drip coffee, Miracle, is an elevated and refined iteration of classic diner coffee. Nutty and smooth with a sweet finish, it works wonders.

Miracle is our go-to drip option, built from three standout single-origins. El Salvador Santa Barbara delivers classic coffee-coffee notes, chocolatey and sweet. Guatemala La Colina brings vibrancy to the table. Ethiopia Sidama brings it all together with a grounded sweetness and floral complexity. The result? A profile that tastes like an elevated diner coffee—familiar, approachable, and consistently solid. Miracle is our wonder-working coffee.

Cream Box: Miracle always holds the spot of the Cream Box on our menu. This Year Round offering features a rotating coffee that we find to be working wonders on drip. For us, that means a coffee that can stand up to cream and sugar beautifully for those who prefer it, while also being perfectly developed to bring out a nice acidity with a sweet finish when enjoyed black. Miracle also makes for an excellent espresso, offering less of the "sweet" fruit found in Freethrow and more of a citrusy, yet subtle, brightness.

To preserve freshness, we recommend storing all coffees in airtight containers and consuming them within 30 days. However, if stored properly, you can still achieve quality results up to 60 days off roast.
