The land here does much of the work—the soil is a highly fertile and hydrated sandy loam that requires no fertilizers, allowing the coffee to express itself purely. This natural advantage shows up brilliantly in the cup. You'll experience a peachy vibrancy that hits bright and clean, matched with a silky, floral finish that lingers. We just can’t get enough.
Pink Box: The Pink Box is reserved for coffees that are floral-forward, tea-like, delicate, and nuanced. These qualities are often found in coffees that score high according to industry standards. Expect vibrant floral notes—think lavender, jasmine,etc.—and sophisticated flavors like bergamot and other exotic oils and spices that harmonize beautifully in the cup without overwhelming the palate. While we often feature washed Ethiopians in this slot, we’re not limited to any one origin; any coffee that meets these guidelines can find its place in the Pink Box!
To preserve freshness, we recommend storing all coffees in airtight containers and consuming them within 30 days. However, if stored properly, you can still achieve quality results up to 60 days off roast.
